Cash in Huaraz

Accepted, a USD $60 bank fee applies.
Credit/Debit card
Accepted; a 6% processing fee applies.

Transactions incur a commission of 3% to 5%.
Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation for a Day Tour, Day Hike, Multi-Day Trek, Climbing Expedition, or Mountaineering Course with Andes Adventure Holidays E.I.R.L., a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total program price is required at the time of booking. This policy applies to all Trekking Programs, Day Tours, Acclimatization Hikes, Climbing Expeditions, and Mountaineering Courses offered on our website.
Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to the trip departure date. Once your booking is confirmed, the remaining balance of 75% must be paid in cash in Huaraz no later than 48 hours before the expedition begins. In most cases, the final payment is completed during the briefing session held one day before departure.
Cancellation & Booking Form
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. If your travel plans change, please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss available alternatives, including rescheduling options whenever feasible.Any reservation for an adventure program will be confirmed and validated by the operator once the corresponding deposit of 25% of the total program cost has been received and/or successfully collected from the client. A pre-payment invoice will also be issued as confirmation of the advance reservation.
At the time of booking, a Microsoft Word file (booking form/system) will be sent to the client. This document must be completed with the required information for each participant of the expedition in the blank spaces provided and then returned to the operator.

You can also make your payment through the via Yape or Plin app. To do so, you must be registered with a digital wallet and have sufficient available funds. Both apps are interoperable, allowing you to transfer money from Yape to Plin (and vice versa) instantly using the recipient’s mobile number (931888334) or by scanning a QR code.
All card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Credit card payments are accepted via POS terminal.
